Good news I've got the skate celebrity achievement after about 3 weeks of spamming. Just post in the following threads:

As I said it only took me 3 weeks, I've got most of my rates off the above but I think I got a couple off here and another forum. Good luck.

There seems to be something wrong with skate. reel for me, at the moment.

You can do both, I believe.
However, I think you need a Gold subscription to rate from the X360 (you did for (original) skate., anyway, I think).
