Wont let me install the game!

Hi, i have installed The Sims before with no problems, but i tried it today, and i press install and then the sims screen comes up. but after 2 secs, it disappears again. this leaves me back at the screen where u can choose to install it!!

can som1 plz giv me some ideas. thanks

Hi there

What operating system are you using, out of interest?

There is some information about manually installing here so maybe that might work for you.

If not, drop EA Support a line and hopefully they will be able to advise you further
