HELP! stuck on first story! (pet stories)

I got this game only 3 days ago and im stuck already! I don't know id a problem with the game or with me.... but I got past chapter 6, completed the local dog show and everything. but the next day, the title 'chapter 6: the local dog show' came up again! since then, everyday has been chapter 6 and its really annoying!! there isnt even another dog show to complete or anything, so cn someone please tell me what is going on??!!!

Hi there and welcome

Is your disk clean and undamaged? If this is still occurring for you and the disk appears to be in a good condition I would suggest contacting EA Support using the link at the very top of the forum or the contact details in your game manual and ask for their advice.
