Default Downloading The Sims Life Stories

Hi, I have downloaded the Sims Life Stories from the EA website and have paid for it. The download was completed and I created an account with EA and downloaded EA Download Manager, but I can't play the game because I keep getting a message saying: "The game cannot start because. In order to launch this game, please log in to the EA Download Manager to verify your ownership, then try again." Everytime I click on "Play"

I am already logged in to the Download Manager and there is no option for me to "verify" my ownership. There is only the box with "settings" and "help" in the toolbar and the game cover thumbnail (manual) underneath next to the "Play" button and details of the download.

Me email address is next to the "Log out" button, meaning I am logged in already. I have tried log out and back in again but the same message appears.

Can anyone help me?

Hi there. Sorry to hear that you are having problems running your game

I would suggest contacting EA Support and asking them to help you troubleshoot. It may be that they would recommend you uninstall and reinstall EADM but I would speak with them first to be sure.

I downloaded The Sims Life Stories also. But I don't get that message. I cannot play my game because I keep getting a message saying

Error: 10000:78003
Unfortunately there was a problem with your account entitlement. This could be a system error or an issue specific to your account. Please try again later and then contact Customer Support if unresolved.

Blah blah blah.. This is really starting to **** me off.
I contacted customer support at 3:00 PM! I have YET to receive a reply!!
I payed money for this game and I can't play it?? If this continues, It will be THE LAST time I buy anything EA online.

go to The Sims Life Stories Site *NEW* - Home and sign up for the sims life stories VIP zone for free, then on the vip board of the forum, you can get free chat on the forum to a pc technician or maxis worker, both in business for 22 years for free! they helped me with the EXACT same problemo!
