If you head to The Sims Stories website for the UK you can download some cool items! But where are they once you install them? Piece of cake when you know how:

Sort by Function -> Decorative -> Miscellaneous

Downbeat Kit
Sort by Function -> Hobbies -> Creativity

VocoPhonicSim Karaoke Machine
Sort by Function -> Electronics -> Audio
