Default What Program Do You Have ?

Just out of curiosity.
If you have more than one; which one do you use the most.

Edit ~ Forgot to add photoshop

Photoshop CS. Hopefully I can convince my parents to let me order CS2 at some point today, rather than the 18th.

I have PSP 10, that I bought a year ago (a week before 11 was out ). It's rarely used but is a great cheap graphics package.

I used to use The Gimp. While it's no Photoshop alternative, it's incredibly good for the lack of money you pay for it.

I tried Photoplus but I really don't get the hype. It's incredibly lacking in features but the animation part seems a good alternative to Animation Shop.

Isn't Fireworks more for web based graphics? I tried it once at school and found it just... strange.

And the only thing paint is good for is pixel art.

PSP, then probably photoplus.

Paint crashes.

I tried Fireworks at school and found it difficult to use.

Photoplus served well while I learnt how to use Photoshop, but as Crayon said, it lacks features that Photoshop has and generally makes it harder for the user. But it is good for what it is I admit.

I have never tried GIMP or PSP and don't really feel the need.

And I only use Paint for taking crops of screen shots for ICT work. No real graphical work goes on in it.

I use Fireworks for most things, but I guess that's because most of the stuff I do is web based.

I do have Photoshop (6.0 :P ), and PSP Pro X. But I don't usually use them. Only for specific things.

Photoshop Elements 2.0, .

I had a free trial of Paintshop Pro X, which was pretty good.

I'd love a proper Photoshop though ... =[.

Out of that list, Fireworks.

It is strictly speaking a tool for creating web-based graphics, yes.

So yes I do use paint, but sometimes, for text, I use CoolText.

Snap. I have no complaints with it, £20 is more than enough to spend on something that I only use for making avatars and desktops.

I downloaded the CS2 trial and it just confuddled me. Too many features that I'll never need.

Photoplus is evil at the moment.
So I went to use GIMP... found out I uninstalled it a while back
so Im on a trial for photoshop which runs out in about 7 days.

Most of the time I use Microsoft Picture It! 2.0.

Can't get the hang of Photoplus.
