Best basic starter home

This is my first time posting a challenge, so I hope I am doing it right!

This is a challenge for the best, most original basic starter home, to make it more challenging...you can only use Sims 2 deluxe, no EP's or SP's (apart from nightlife as it comes with deluxe...why am I telling you this? LOL)

It must be a starter home for a single sim, as modern and roomy as you can make it for under 20,000 simoleans. Furnished or unfurnished, as long as the bathroom/s and kitchen is present.

Prize?? Um....I dont know

I will use it and play it?

ill do this but i have two questions when is this ending and how do u upload pictures (i still dont know)

I dont really know what modern would look like but ill just try to make the best starter i can make!

btw does it matter how many bedrooms or bathrooms?

Ooops should have given a time scale! Lets say 2 weeks from today (as I wont be playing Sims 2 for a while once I get my hands on a shiny new Sims 3)

It doesnt matter how many bedrooms or bathrooms, but it will be for a single Sim

Ok lets take off the EP and SP restrictions then

Used boolprop for the mail box and trash can *this lot uses cc*

Floorplan

Sizeabel living room!

Nice kitchen and dining!

Cozy little bedroom!

The only bathroom

And u r able to even have a home flower buisness!

All for under 20k! (20,000) Hope u like it!

Hi, i'm sorry but those links dont seem to work

When linking from photobucket, if you mouse over the pic you want to show, you will see a box pop up with some options, click on the "IMG code" and the text will be highlighted, then right click and copy, then paste that into the thread. That should be all you need to do.

I just made the prettiest little cottage for this challenge but it turned out to cost about $70,000

I guess im disqualified my game erased itself AGAIN so its all gone

And i uninstalled seasons also for some reason..oh yeah the sims 3 now i cant find it so the wall paper would be different

can i enter again?

I just created the nicest starter home i think ive ever made!
it has an intro room a big kitchen big dining big living room and a nice bedroom and now it does not use seasons or pet sense i lost them!
So ill post them sometime but when does the competition end
