Default Modern House Competition

A competition.
The storyline:
Alexander and Amelia (fictional sims) are now having a third baby. With a child and a teenager, and the need for a nursery they are moving out. But where to?
Alexander and Amelia's dreams were the same - they wanted to live in a modern, bright, spacious but yet normal, super-modern house!
If possible, use the things from FreeTime and below. The winner of this competition will give ME their house and I will post pictures of the family living in that house.
Basic rules:
FreeTime and under.
No CC (since you could end up giving it to me)
Please read description above, to see what type of house and how many rooms.
I WILL post a house to show you what I would post in the competition but my house will not be in the running!
Enjoy!
She has had twins... Re-edit your houses to fit in two cribs and enough space for two cyring babies!

Closing date, 12th April!

Forgot some additional information.
It HAS to be under £100,000 - Amelia's Father died, so they inherited 75,678, and they had 25,004 already so 100,000 - they'll need money to pay the bills!
I will also be posting pics of them in their old home, just to show you who they are - might help you with building the ideal house.

There is a girl and a boy - I've forgotten their names. Please ask for any additional information today as I will be away starting form tommorrow for three days. Just to help you now, Amelia is quite a 'non-strict' Mum, and she doesn't wear lipstick or make-up. The girl, oh yeah, she's called Alexandra, is a make-up freak. In my next post I will show pictures of the old house.
And thank you for even asking me about it!

Thanks Johnny Depp Luva, but the problem is - I don't actually have any stuff packs, or anything above FreeTime and since I'm going to get it. That's why...
So please edit it, so that it meets the requirments. Still, fabulous house! You listened to EVERY little detail I specified and made a grand house - better yet, Alexandra and Liam have their own rooms! After the competitions closed I'll play the family, get them to have a baby, then ask to download the house. Then I'll move them into the house.
Thanks everyone else for entering, I hope we'll see some different 'ideas' of modern.
P.S This is my last post, I will be back on in 2 days time. So have fun, I will comment on all your houses afterwards!

Oh Sorry I thought you meant you have every EP and SP under Freetime. It's really hard to remember which items came with each EP &SP but I'll fix it using the collections folders.

P.s. That means Alexandra's whole room will be deleted
And the parents room will need new furniture.
I have already noticed that I'll need to change the stairs.
Oh shoot just remembered that the playground equipment came with AL...sugar !

So you have: UNI, NL, OFB, PETS, SEASONS, BV, and FT ?
Is Liam's room Okay because I'm sure that came with an EP not a SP ?

Okay I'll fix it later as I have to go to college soon

Don't you mean that has set the standards, since there has been no other entries as of yet?

Thanks! It's just above £95000.

And I have two beds in each bedroom for sleepovers and when the baby grows into a cild, and needs to share a room.
