Sorry this took so long folks.

This is your buyers profile and requirements.

Who:
These two are Jack and Isabelle.
They are two teens just about to embark and start their turn on the property ladder. They are a modern couple and are wanting to focus on their careers for a few years.
Where:
They want a FLAT in the city. They do not mind what storey they are on.
Style:
Modern and spacious.
Requirements:
For extras these two would like a study and a decking area.
Budget:
Their fathers have sent them a loan and the price is:
50,000 simoleans.

One question - when we build the building, is it necessary to furnish all the apartments or just theirs?

Just theirs.

You dont even need to decorate or build other apartments.

Just show relevant parts for them.

this is a single storey flat in the city. the photos are taken as a tour around the flat

door to the decking and you can also see the front door

bedroom and bathroom

kitchen

and finally the chill out area. its open plan but slightly seggregated to give a cosier feel.

Costs 47,765 simoleans.

It's very awfull, and my camera quality was on low. But this may be the only chance i get to enter so here goes.
2 Grove road top floor flat

You enter into the living room (need more pictures)

Which leads to the kitchen/dining room. Spacious and clean.

Through the door to your left is the 1st bedroom using neutral colours, complete with clutter ready for studies.

Leading through there is the 2nd slightly larger bedroom

Back into the living room you will find the study, compact but cosy and well organised

And through some doors to the side is the terrace

Back in and to your right is the bathroom

Small but homely and under budget.

Yeah i know its mae on the Sims 2 but ihav it ad i don't have any o the stuff used in the houses. Is it from a stuff Pack ?

Me too!

Quite a few people use Custom Content (CC) in their games. So that could be what it is.

Yes, some things may be from stuff packs too as well as possibly from espansion packs.
