I have an Acer Aspire 7530 laptop and when i got sims 3 it all worked fine for while until the new patch came along. I cant add a screenshot on the forum yet so ill try to explain, its like big triangles coming of different parts of the sims bodys. I tried reinstaling without the patch but now theres no difference.
Any kind of help is welcome Thank you Julie. |

That's caused by your videocard. It sounds like it's overheating. Some videocards arn't working with this game.

If it was really due to over-heating the graphics errors would probably cover more of the screen than justs sims.
Have you tried updating your graphics drivers???
