A little help please.

I am bored so today I thought I would evict everyone from sunset valley and put in all my friends etc into the game to see what happens to everyone.

The only problem could be people moving out of town, is there anyway I could stop people moving away? But still get them going about thier life's getting married etc.

There is no feature built into the game that can stop this, as far as I'm aware.

Hacks such as awesomemod can. A few people report hacks cause problems and crash their game though, so that's a risk you have to have in mind if you decide to use a hack.

just adds a lot of new features and fixes some bugs basically.

How do you know if its working after you install it?

I think if you type showconfig in the cheat box it should tell you what the options are (that wouldn't work if it wasn't installed). Also typing maxmotives should work. I haven't actualyl tried it myself though.
