It really does. I will have to build a house near the lake as well as near the beach for my sims because in reality I love both places.

Does anyone else think that the water effects in Sims 3 look really amazing? Look at the image posted above and compare with the water from the original The Sims:

That became quite clear to me when I caught the sun reflecting off of a pond in the cemetery I think. It really was one of those 'stop and stare' moments.
