How do i log into sims VIP..

I signed up.. recieved an email with 2 codes.. 1 to download a sims 3 hoodie for sims 2 and one to download a sims 3 t-shirt for sims 2.. when i try to log in to VIP it says I need a code .. where do I get my code?

I had the code it was posted on the sims 2 BBS but now its gone D: I forgot it too darnit. But theres a problem cause some people dont get them. Thats why I went looking for it. Cause I didnt get one emailed either.

Edit: I found it its 27824.
