Intel® Core™2 Duo mobile processor T5850
Features 2 processing cores, 667MHz system bus, 2.16GHz processor speed per core.

Will this work?

The processor I have now says, AMD Turion(tm) 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-60 2.00GHz, my memory (RAM) is 3GB. I have no idea how to search for my video card to see if it is compaitable or not but so far does what I listed above meet the requirements? It says 2.4GHz on the system requirements, I have a dell laptop w/Windows Vista. If it doesn't meet the requirements can someone tell me if what I listed above in bold does, because if that is so I will be purchasing that laptop.

Yes that's fine.

My only problem with the current pc would be Graphics and Processor.
Your current PC meets the requirements fine, obviously the newer one will be faster though

Yes, although you need to check the graphics card and RAM too.

Yeah, what you have now is also fine.
To find out your video card in Vista, right-click My Computer and choose "Properties". Then click the link that says "Windows Experience Index". Your video card is listed next to "Graphics:" on that page that opens.

Unfortunately Intel graphics chips don't meet the minimum requirements list that's been published.

If these specs are for a desktop, you could probably upgrade the graphics card. Cards that will work cost between about £35-£200 depending on performance. You can't upgrade graphics on a laptop though.

Yeah I figured as much. My computer's graphics card is integrated, so I can't exactly replace it, and all I have is one free PCI slot (No PCI-E, nothing else). Could you recommend a PCI graphics card I might be able to find on eBay or something?

The nVidia Geforce 8500GT, 7300GT and 6200, plus the ATI Radeon X1300 (and possibly some other ATI cards) are all available in PCI versions. They are rare though. If there is any speed difference, the 8500GT should be fastest.

You have to keep in mind that the PCI-Express versions of all of those cards are pretty low-end anyway, and fitting them with the older PCI seems to effectively cut their speed by half compared to the PCI-E versions. So while they seem to meet the minimum requirements as they have been posted at the moment, the game may run really slowly.

Yes, that PC is well over the minimum requirements, should run the game very well.

Anyone have any idea when the requirements will be added to CanyouRUNit? I want to test it. I am fairly sure my laptop will work but I am slightly paranoid.

Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X3100, is this card better than the ATI Radeon X1200? I didn't see neither of them on the supported video cards. I seen ATI Radeon on there but not the version I have.

It looks like it's OK to run the game based on the requirements that have been posted.

Based on what's been posted, the Intel card probably won't work. For the ATI X1200 (which is a little faster) it's less clear, however I believe it is still a slower card that the "minimum" Geforce Go 6200, so it may not work either.

Should run the game fine, it's several times faster than the minimum anyway
