How's this one? It's the HP Pavilion D7-1140ed
Processor: AMD Turion 64 X2 Dual Core - ZM-80. Memory: 3072MB Graphics card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3450 with 512/1789 MB. I think it will work, but will it work on the highest graphics settings? |

Hi Rohannn,
Seeing as you've been so helpful to pages and pages of posters i was wondering if you would be able to tell me if this spec laptop will run Sims 3? And if so, on what settings do you think? My laptop blew up recently, so seeing as i am replacing it, i would like to have something that would play Sims 3 - i'm not a big gamer so if it can Play Sims 3 on lower (peferably not lowest) or medium settings that would be great. Processor: AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core Processor QL64 Speed: 2.1GHz, 1MB Cache Hard Drive: 320 GB Graphics: ATi Radeon HD 3450 Graphics Memory: 512 MB Thanks

I am able to play the game with an ATI Radeon X1200, even though it is not in the " supported" list. Just wanted to inform the world about this.

I'm looking for a new computer to play the Sims 3 on, as my current one is just playing up and it's no good.
Can anyone recommend a decent computer, which they have or no off which is good to play the game. Possibly has good graphics and is at fast speed as well. Thanks ![]() EDIT: Would this one be any good? http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/sto...ory_oid=-35410 Other recommendations would be helpful. Last edited by itsAmeliaxo; 02-07-2009 at 05:25 PM.. |
