I believe all the first screenshots of the women are Bella Goth in production, here is one of the examples and look you see her name.

Oh! Just noticed they are making her a "Young Adult", shurly she would be an elder by now?

I think Bella Goth will probably be back because she was popular in Sims 1 and 2. She is a famous character of Sims merchandise. She is probably in an elder stage in Sims 3 or will remain as an adult. Let’s wait and see.

I was so upset when I found out that Bella had gone missing. I adored the Goth family in TS1 and I really wanted to see Mortimer and Bella grow old together and see Cassandra's wedding. I hope she returns.

This is what we are talking about in this thread some of the CAS Screenshots I made from the video show a Sim called Bella Goth and we were speculating as to if she will be part of TS3 or not!
