It sounds like the sims are going to become a lot more independent, I like the idea of them preparing more for the long term

I missed the previous one that Star Hermit posted, so it was good to be able to read this.

It will be fascinating to have the social interactions to play with and might actually get my husband to think Sims is worthwhile!

Does this mean we'll avoid that whole annoying thing from TS2 where you'd be out on a date and rather than wanting to do something with their date, they'd want something you had no chance of fulfilling, like to gain a skill point or watch TV?

Because that really used to irk me!

Can't wait for the chance to just sit back and watch all the neighbours go about their lives, see what sort of decisions they make on their own.
