it could be a glitch, move the family out and then move them back in, it should fix it. try moving just one of the adults and the baby out to keep the stuff in the house.

If the baby is actually ready to grow up, then I'm afraid you will just have to wait. Sometimes it does take an extra day or two for it to grow up than normal. This is basically because you can't actually control your sims to help it grow up, it's an autonomous action. Maybe try waiting a day or two for the baby to grow up and if it doesn't then, well I'm not sure..

Try boolprop testingcheatsenabled true Shift click the baby and click set to birthday, that might do it.
Sorry for the double post I thought the first one didn't post so I posted it again

Yippeeeeeeeeeee,
After much messing about and many cheats the damn kid as grown lol if you have same prob you need to follow below: exit and reload game then enter house ctrl+shift+c > boolprop testingcheatsenabled true shift+click baby > make selectable (babies icon will go) shift+click baby > make selectable (babies icon will return) Get mum/dad to "let child out" Make mum/dad busy elsewhere (bath ect) so as to not interupt the next step (because they keep trying to "hold child") select babies icon > click on baby > grow up I had to do this numerous times it was my last attempt before killing the god damn kid!!! Thanks to all who tried to help out very grateful for the imput and hope this helps any future simmers probs :-D |
