Hey, I know I haven't been on here for ages but anyway, send in a pic of your family trees. I really want to see your Capps and Montys. I hope we can have loads.

Is it only maxis-made sim families or can you show legacy sim families?

It would be good to know which simplayers have accomplished five generations or more!

I have fifteen generations to go through and create a tree for.

I've frozen aging at that level though - I'm waiting for AL before I start playing with aging again - so at least there won't be any more additions!

Yeah 10 kids is pretty impressive! I wouldn't have the patience, I get bored after 3 kids!

Yeah the most I've ever had in a family is 7 kids and that was HARD lol (mind you, they were all by about 4 different sim men, and half of those kids are at uni now

I'm not sure how other people do it, but i use 'print screen' and then merge the family trees in paint.

If you press 'print screen' on your keyboard, it takes a 'picture' of everything on your monitor at the time. If you then minimise the game, open Paint and right-click and select paste, it puts the entire screen image into Paint. You can then edit out the bits you don't want. If you do this for various branches of the family you'll soon get the entire family tree.

I hope that makes sense!

Yeah - there's pollination technicians in Generations 3 and 9, and somewhere in Twikkii Island is the long lost father of Generation 5.

15 generations - frozen at where they are until I get Apartment Life.

I plan to "start again" - as in, move them out, use familyfunds to bring them down to only having $5000 (perhaps $2500, I haven't decided yet - I might even make it $1000), and build their worth back up to the $500000 it is now.

The only time I've ever cheated is to remove money from the household funds. I prefer to make it a challenge for my Sims.

There couldn't just be a file for us could there EA? Make us do it the hard way

3 Generations. One since August (I think) and one since September.

One is me mams (Remember Milo? The stunner of a game inborn?) the other my legacy.

It makes perfect sense. Unfortunately nothing happens when I right click in Paint. And I suspect that nothing is happening when I press Print Screen. Anyone any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

I only have a small family tree at the moment, so I'll just post it like this...

I started off with Jess Chapman and her two kids, Francis and Gabriella. Then, I called the matchmaker and she got married to Patrick Miller.They had twins (Felicity and Jack). Pat got abducted by aliens and he had Nathanael.
Francis moved out with his girlfriend, Virginia, and Gabriella (she was enemies with Nathanael and they kept fighting). Virginia and Francis had twins called Erica and Stewart.
Gabriella grew up and got married to Dominique Pai and adopted a son (I've forgotten his name). He got taken away by the social worker and Gabriella is pregnant cuz they can't adopt any more kids.
