Default Taking pictures on sims 2

Ok, this is starting to annoy me now....

Whenever I take pictures in game, eg - for a new house I've made, most of the pictures show up in my documents. However there is always one or two that don't show up and I can't find them anywhere.

Does anyone know why the pictures disappear or how I can prevent it from happening?
Any help greatly appreciated .

Have you checked your original Storytelling folder?

I use the Camera button.
I know i could use Print screen but that would mean having to minimise the game each time then pasting the picture somewhere which would take ages.

Oh, and what do you mean by original storytelling folder?
Do you mean:
My Documents > EA Games > Sims 2 > Storytelling

Or is the only solution to take pictures twice in the hope that at least one will be alright...

Sup Dolphin... Not long discovered the exact same for myself. In build mode, when first creating a lot and when its NOT owned by a Sim, the pictures go to the above file, where as the rest end up in the neighbourhood files

I've just had a quick look through all the neighbourhood folders, even my brothers neighbourhood folders but could not find them anywhere.
At least I'm not the only one who has pictures going all sorts of places...

Yep. After you install EPs they go to go to Sims 2/Neighborhoods/N00?/Storytelling

Default Re Pictures on Sims 2

Hello DolphinDriv3r.
Where are you looking for your pictures?

Unless you did accidently delete any, you should find them are in the Neighbourhood Storytelling folder. This includes pictures taken on any Community Lot.

If you are playing in a family lot, and looking for pictures of another family to add to your story, go into story mode and select from the neighbourhood pictures.

The exact location of all your neighbourhood pictures is MyDocuments/EA Games/Sims2/Neighbourhoods(Select which one)/Storytelling.

Hope this helps?

Yes, thanks they are all helpful but the problem is, I take the pictures then most go to that folder and the rest disappear.
So I think I'm going to just take the pictures twice now just to make sure the show up!
