Is this game worth getting?

Hey, im a Fifa forum guy, but i came here to ask if you guys think this game is worth buying. i noticed it was really cheap, so i thought i may as well get it.

So do you think its a buy, a rent, or should I just pass on it entirely?

My husband picked up this game long after release and enjoyed playing it for quite some time. We often get people inquiring about a sequel so it is popular
