Is there a technical fault? Enter the Cheatarix - help please?

OK now i kno that alot of people have put up a thread for this but in reading them i have become some what confused ...

so this is for the Nintendo DS
The part where Lisa has to defeat the structure in order to save the professor usin the hand of Buddha ...

You can get most of it but the screen will not go higher so therefore the touch screen you need to use is not usable (if that makes sense) personally i've been lookin at how to pass this since January, n have come to the conclusion that it may be a technical fault with the game ... can anyone help???

Do you mean the section just after the blocks that (try to) crush you?
