Help- Batman begins dinosaur!!!

Hey, i'm on Bartman begins and have just got bart over the dinosaur skeleton- but don't know how to get Homer over it!!

please help

When bart pulls on the lever the tongue of the dinosaur comes out that homer can jump onto to jump over. Hope that helps you!
