Hi there

This was a known issue. Have you installed the updates at all? You can find some information here.

I did also read that trees may not appear if you have little RAM although I am not sure how true this is. How much RAM do you have installed?

It is the active memory that your computer can use to run applications.

You can find out how much you have got by accessing what is called dxdiag.

Windows XP:

Click 'start', 'run' and type 'dxdiag' in the box, then press enter and it will show on the first page there under 'memory'.

Windows Vista:

Click the round Windows icon on the bottom left of the screen and type 'dxdiag' in the 'start search' box and then press enter.

Well I think that should be plenty really!

Ok, well if you have patched up to date, have you tried altering your in-game settings? If that doesn't work for you then drop EA Support a line and see if they have any further suggestions for you. The link is at the very top of the forum or there should be contact details in your game manual
