SimCity 4 Exchange Problems

I went onto the SimCity 4 exchange and decided to create an account so I could download a few things.

I created one and started downloading. It opened the little box that tells you taht your download is about to start and it said it would download it into my Plugins folder. It downloaded and I checked my Plugins folder. Nothing was there, so I checked my game and nothing was there either. Help!!

That sounds very strange. Have you tried opening the game? Are you sure it isn't another folder the game just created to put stuff in like screenshots or something, while the game files lie in another place?

The folder didn't have anything in it at all. I opened the game and the donwloads weren't there.
