Registering / Linking Rock Band 2 (Wii)

I hope someone can give me the answer to this question.

I have received Rock Band 2 (Wii) having had it on order for over 10 months.

I found my code to link the game to the Rock Band website.

I went to the www.rockband.com as directed to enter that code.

Once there I had to register which I started to do. It was here I hit a problem. The site asked what city I lived in and what State I lived in.
The drop down menu only showed US States and no option to indicate I lived in the UK.
So I couldnt proceed with the registration.

Is there a UK registration / linking site?

What has everyone else done?

I asked EA support this question and was told to phone Rock Band Support team, however I gave up after being kept on hold for 35 mins at national phone rate, with the recorded message telling me my wait time was getting longer with each message.

It doesn't matter which location you choose for your profile.

Just register a RockBand.com profile and link your game. You will need the webcode from the Extras menu for linking and your Wii number; your Wii number is your Wii friend code and not the Rock Band friend code.

I've emailed HMX recently about this location issue so I hope they correct this oversight.
