Default any good console deals in the uk?

Hey guys, i've had my 360 for 2 years now but it recently broke so i'm forced to get a new one. I decided to hold off buying one until something tickles my fancy and I think rock band is starting to slowly interest me. What I was wondering is if anyone knew any decent bundle deals I could get.. say an xbox 360 + rockband instruments/game together for a discounted price?

Why not just get your console repaired instead of buying a new one?

And no, the best deals on rock band are for the game and instruments only, I think.

It's out of warranty unfortunately and I cba going through the stupid indian technical support only to have them baffled as to why it doesn't work.

Also, I thought microsoft updated all the warranties so they are valid for 3 years instead of the standard year?

You're not going to find a bundle with Rock Band in - it's too expensive and too niche. Keep an eye on HotUKDeals - Deals - All - they frequently have links to good deals on 360 hardware/software. Also, consider buying an Arcade unit and re-using the hard drive and other peripherals from your existing 360. Lets you upgrade to the latest model of hardware at a comparatively low price.

I agree with the "buy an arcade" advice and keep any controllers, HDD, etc. from the old X360 and jsut transfer them over. Would make the new console cheaper and you wouldn't end up with two HDDs (unless you want it) and it would make getting Rock band a little bit easier on the wallet!

I was in Gamestation the other week buying Battlefield: Bad Company and I noticed that the current deals they are offering are good value.
