Seriously Remora Wraith you are a ****ing retard. If anyones wondering about my sudden come back on these forums its because ive been setting up a new computer that cost me over 600 quid. But seriously man you a complete moron if u can justify that anything EA has done is right and you dont get jobs in this life by brown nosing anymore cuz if u do then u get stabbed in the back. So why you just **** off to www.imanEAbrownnoser.com and leave everyone alone to have a decent chat about the topic at hand without you contradicting everything that is said

How am I brown nosing or justifying anything? You're the retard I was quite clearly pointing out that Rock Band 2 was not a worldwide release and just an American one, though all you're out to do is insult me at every opportunity and call me a brown noser so whatever carry on if it makes your insignificant life that much better.
Oh and FYI I already have a job in the games industry with a company much better than EA working on a game that I would play, but thanks for the advice I mean I knew having a degree and a strong portfolio was what got you a job but I didn't know that talking about a company on a forum didn't get a job.

You wanted all the facts that EA told someone that RB2 will be released in Europe in September well look at this:
News Archive - ComputerAndVideoGames.com You will notice that at 11:12am (30th June) Chris Hicks posted a news comment about RB2 being released in America via an HMX developer (News came via the IGN article). At 12:28pm (30th June), Chris Hicks posted a second news article about the European release after speaking to EA (EA probably thought he was on about the US release). After noticing the mistake that they made by saying that it would be released in Europe in September, EA released a statement to Eurogamer saying that no date has been confirmed. So with your Degree in Contradicting BS, why did you FAIL to provide all the facts since you think your always right. What you got to say about that you Retarded Fanboy |

Yes Chris Hicks = EA
Erm no if you READ the article about the UK release it quite clearly has the original quote from the EA representative "We are expecting to see Rock Band 2 ship in September for the Xbox 360, with other platforms to follow" nowhere in the article does it say that EA, Harmonix or MTV said it would be a global release just that it would release in September using the same quote as IGN. Chris Hicks wrongly reported that it was a global release, and though the title of the article makes it appear to be an EA quote nowhere in the actual article is there a quote from EA which mentions Europe or a global release and so EA had to release a statement correcting HIS mistake. If you provide me with a quote from EA and not some two-bit journalist who can't get his facts right that it was to be a global release then I'll admit I'm wrong otherwise I suggest you stop this as it's derailing the thread and you're embarrassing yourself. I did provide all the facts as that article doesn't have any quotes from EA that weren't in the IGN or EuroGamer articles. Also I find it entertaining that you clearly spent a lot of time looking for an article to prove me wrong, you can call me a retard fanboy but you're the one with the problem, I pity you. ![]()

Read this very slowly:
EA told CVG that the RB2 will be released in September thinking they were still talking about the US release but they did not notice that they got asked about the European release date. After finding out that they made a mistake in that interview they told Eurogamer (and other websites) that there is no fixed European release date. Hell why don't you read this: videogaming247 » Blog Archive » Rock Band 2 release is “the same for Europe” (updated) Notice how EA confirmed to VG247 RB2 will be released in Europe in September (Second Paragraph). After EA noticed the mistake they made (A day later may I add), they contacted them and VG247 update the web page accordingly (First Paragraph). So why don't you just accept that EA made a right C**k up by telling people that RB2 will be released in September only for them to say that they made a mistake or are you going to be such a f***ing retard by thinking you know everything when you don't. |

Quote:
Alright now onto the article, firstly yes I know Chris Hicks isn't from EA I was being sarcastic in stating "Yes Chris Hicks = EA" but I thought adding NOT!!! at the end would be facetious. The CVG article doesn't anywhere say that EA stated that it will be released in Europe at the same time other than in the title, the article itself says "The expected simultaneous release of Rock Band" so it was purely speculative otherwise they would have cited a quote from the EA rep. Onto the videogaming247 article, firstly as the quote is taken totally out of context it is impossible to even say if they're talking about the release date but if you read it "“Yes, it’s the same for Europe but we don’t have a confirmed release date,” said a rep." it says they DON'T have a date and so I would say that they're referring to the fact that it's a timed exclusive for the Xbox 360 and that it will be the same for Europe (in that it will be a timed 360 exclusive). But you seem intent on viewing the world your way so I'll let you two circle jerk each other some more and bash EA since that seems to be what makes you happy. I'm guessing you both have something deeply missing in your lives. ![]() EDIT: Everyone on the forum clearly hates me? I think not, I imagine some people do I certainly have an attitude but I doubt EVERYONE hates me. And even if they did so what? Oh oh wait no people on the internet don't like me when I so desperately seek their approval, my tiny black heart is breaking.

Well its quite sad really because you obviously get some sort of fix from annoying people? Is that what your amazing job in "level design" has done to you. and turned you into some sort of stressed worker bee. And from going to the university of lincoln (lmao) i think we can come to the conclusion that you dont get paid much and therefore attempting to brown nose EA and get a job with them

No I just don't like idiots and trolls frankly, you obviously get a kick from being a troll and making a tit of yourself. Leading university in games studies lmao, and my "amazing" job in level design earns me £26,000 a year with reviews every 6 months and profit sharing, not bad for someone aged 21 who is doing a job they enjoy. And no it doesn't make me bitter or miserable, it's just funny watching you guys get angry over nothing, I've remained calm the whole time and you guys are swearing and calling me an effing retard this and moron that, it's like pouring lager on a Mogwai.
Whose this "we" you keep speaking of? Do you have multiple personalities? Or by we do you mean you but you need a sense of self importance and so project your opinion into something which seems like more than just yourself?
