Though I'm looking forward to playing the others, too!

I really hope that Avenged Sevenfold tracks will be added as downloadable content, at some point!!

That is a poor songlist, so hopefully there will be a lot of free downloadable songs.

If I had the choice though I'd add....

Avenged Sevenfold - Bat Country (Seeing as this song was plastered over all EA Sports 06 games, I'm surprised that it didn't make it.)

The Hives - Tick Tick Boom (Great Song, even if its simple for drumming/guitar parts)

Yellowcard - Way Away (Maybe this'll be added when EA inevitably sell a Violin add-on :P)

The Darkness - I Believe In A Thing Called Love (Need I say more)

QOTSA - 3's & 7's (You can never have enough Queens Of The Stone Age)

QOTSA - No One Knows (Same as above, this deserves to be picked ahead of 3's & 7's though)

There's quite a few on there that I'll enjoy playing. I'll also be downloading the Metallica track pack straight away, provided we get the same downloads as the U.S. and if we don't I won't be pleased!!!

Yeah agreed! And while we're at it, I think the developers should try and get their heads around something not traditionally rocky, like daft punk, who are well guitar based. That way the game could do what bands do and head in a different direction for their difficult 3rd album or something

And get some black & Death metal in there too - some of those guitar riffs are out of this world, and i would pay good money to see several friends thrashing around my living room furiously attempting songs from Cradle of Filth or Satyricon.. or just good heavu metal from bands like Pantera or Black Label Society

Ooooohhhhhh yes. Yes yes. And add a few more yesses.
For the drummers out there A7Xs new "its So easy" would be a must, i love the drum track on that.
And for guitars, Bullet would be wicked. Trivium too, well, really any band who makes good use of harmonics and harmonies. H2!
