i think the italian coach in trapatoni will have them pumped since he is italian and that massive rivally with the french will lift the irish. i personally want ireland to win, but at the same time im a gunners fan and to see the french lose could be a bad thing for both national team and club.

I say France will win, the Rep. of Ireland team are muck!! bar one or two good players.

They need to get some proper funding and also some proper staff and players.

get rid of everyone at FAI and get someone in who knows about football!!

I mean why would you put your players in a sardine can when they travel abroad to play important games for their country, which should be the greatest thing a player can do.

I think we can edge it, as long as the back 4 keep their concentration, too many sloppy goals have been given away during the campaign and they dont seem tolearn from it, we also need someone else to take some of the burden of scoring goals other than keane, the last game against Italy is exactly how we need to be against France, the problem is though, the french have an large arsenal of goalscorers whether from midfield, attack or defence.

On the plus side, none of France's keepers are particularly brilliant and havent got too much experience.
