In my opinion Giggs should be excluded off of sheer fanboyism.

Players like Tostao and Rivelino are the players that basically defined what it is to be a left winger.

As someone once said on these forums, Giggs has been 8/10 for 18 years now, good but never insanely awesome. They're are better, I'd have him in the poll if not for the biasedness of Man Utd fans.
