He will not play for us next season, it's official. And he may never play again. Doctors still cannot find out exactly what is wrong with his heart and he can't take a chance. Real shame. The guy showed a lot of promise and I was a fan of his right away. But as long as he's ok in health thats what matters. I hope to see him soon hopefully.

About our "rejects", I hate the term btw, but anyway, most are very good players who deserve first team play somewhere so it makes sense for them to go. I hope we keep KJH and Sneijder. Klaas has been very good especially for his first season at a new league and big club. Netted like 8 goals in 15 games and most were coming off the bench. Sneijder is class but had too many off the field issues and i think it took a toll on the field. Lets see...Drenthe is gone on loan and I hope he develops into a good player. Saviola is gone to Benfica for good. I reckon VDV, Robben, RVN, Salgado will be gone as well. Robben may stay but depends if we get someone like Silva, who supposedly we are after or Ribery (yea right!), etc.

I think Real Madrid would be extremely foolish to sell Arjen Robben for Franck Ribery or David Silva. I think he's better than both, and by far the most unpredictable player at the club. Be interesting to see just who they do sell. They can make a fortune back out of a fair few of these so called 'rejects'.

They 'stole' Beckham, van Nistelrooy, Heinze and Ronaldo off of them. Perhaps he forgot they also handed Man Utd £120 million for them in the process!

Yeah I was talking about recently and more about world class players. Not young players to be developed.
