I don't really rate him all that highly. There was a point where I thought he had a bit of potential but I don't really think he's progressed much.
With regards to Aaron Lennon, I'd take Lennon over Walcott every time.

They are close enough at the moment it doesn't really make too much difference which you have in my mind. Wouldn't trade Walcott for Lennon, but wouldn't blame a Spurs fan who wouldn't trade Lennon for Walcott either.

People said he was too weak and wouldn't hack it here, but nobody ever said that he couldn't pass, couldn't cross, couldn't finish and had poor dribbling....

Walcott is looking very promising, with exceptional speed and dribbling skills, but lacks some maturity when it comes to making decisions around the box. You often find him running into trouble, and winning a throw in when he could have crossed it into the box a bit earlier on.

Walcott's greatest downfall is that he looks like he's Lewis Hamiltons younger brother xD.
In all seriousness the issue IMO is that he was dubbed the next big thing a bit early and a lot of pressure has been put on him before he's ready to take it. He certainly has the potential to be great but he's being stifled by everybody telling him that. So in his mind he's probably being very hard on himself, saying that he HAS to be the best. Now usually thats healthy but for someone as undeveloped as he is. Playing in the first team when other lads his age are just hanging out in the reserves or on the bench and just training, learning from the seniors, it hurts the possibility of him reaching maximum potential. He might burn out very early and never hit that height. Wenger should be well aware of this, which is why Wenger needs to pick up a quality forward, thats consistent. Adebayor's subpar, Bendtner couldn't hit the broadside of a barn. Van Persie (no idea what the hell is going on with him). Arshavin is not a natural striker.

Probably another one in the category of Lennon, Bentley etc.. BUT Wenger has surprised us many times and maybe can turn him into a class-player. If Wallcot would be at a team like Everton or Middlesbrough we probably woudnt even have heard of him though.

No one ever doubted Henry's pace, passing, and drive, he showed he could finish at Monaco and even though people consider his time at Juventus a failure he still managed 4 goals and 3 assists in 16 games which isn't bad by any means.

All he offers is pace and has no end product. He will improve in the future though

If he doesnt improve next year can see him at Coca Cola League at age 25 or Premier League bench warmer at best. Every Arsenal game Ive watched he's impressed me rarely with his "moments", he still mucks up like 85% of the time tough so he is an overhyped bull of sh't
