Whats your thoughts on ferguson taking the scotland job when he resigns as manchester united boss next year(if the rumours are true?)

he would do a lot better than burley me thinks

Thing is we beat you lot so think about it last game against Scotland played at wembly we go and beat you lot

would be a diff story if we had to build a new hampden but we didnt maybe next time tho

Don't think Fergie would wanna.

what if he failed to qualify for something major like the world cup (if he stays that long)

then he won't be as respected as he is now...(or is he respected at all?)

Course he will be respected hes the best manager in the world look what hes done with aberdeen and that he wasnt that great when we took him on

I think he should go for it. Its a new challenge and its his country. Why not? He's also old so it'll be a nice way to end his coaching career. Only problem is that he'd rather be winning with MUFC than try to win with his country. I get that feeling. Im not so sure he'll be confident that he can turn Scotland around. If so, he may let his ego get in the way, imo. If that is areason, it'd be sad.
