Nike vs. Adidas- Who is better

Commercial wise, I think nike is better with the one they showed in EURO 2008 Take It To The Next Level YouTube - Nike: Take It To the NEXT LEVEL (Full Length)

and Adidas had Jose +10 in WC
YouTube - Adidas Jose + 10 Full Version

And Product wise, I think Nike delivers that part..I really don't like Adidas products,

What do you guys think??

Take it to the next level and Jose +10 are one the best commercials ever, but I give the edge to Nike for commercials (and game balls), addidas for boots

Adidas ftw! I love the history behind Adi Dasler and his brother who started PUMA. They were both at Adidas but his brother started Puma. Many perople dont know this. I am an Adidas man all the way. I go back to the shelltops. Adidas Predators are my weapon of choice. I find Nike extremely narrow. Another thing, Adidas is connected to old school hip hop and underground culture whereas Nike is connected to modern day hip hop, thugs, etc. The Adidas Originals clothing line owns, Sambas are the epitomy of classic, etc, etc. I can give you 100 reasons why I never buy Nike........

If its boots then Adidas wins purely because of comfort but if you're comparing clothing then Nike wins it for me

X2. The Adidas Originals clothing line is sooooo much more trendier, old school and avant garde at the same time, moreso than anything Nike puts out. Nike makes generic clothing for the masses while Adidas Originals caters to a more underground cutting edge crowd which I associate myself with. Different strokes for different folks. Puma also has a very cutting edge clothing line as well. Nike sticks out like a sore thumb in this regard.

I don't know about football boots but I do know that Nike is a great kit maker. The fabic is so thin it has a great breathablity to it. Also I believe Nike is miles ahead when it comes to regular shoes. For example I have the dreaded narrow foot and they have shoes for my condition. Also only Nike has a shoe that is known worldwide with the Air Jordan. So overall Nike is better.

Air Jordans are primarily for hip hoppers. Not only that but for me, being more popular doesnt equate with being cooler. Im more into sambas, gazelles, etc. more of a old school football culture clothing enthusiast. Quite the opposite. Nike make generic uniform clothing. They don't have a classic line , for example, Muhammed Ali, Pistol Pete , etc, limited edition pieces. Like I said I also love the Adi Dasler story.

Nike are a fascinating brand as a whole. They are along side the Coca Colas and McDonalds of this world.

Personally I don't like their boots at all from a comfort perspective, but you can't really knock most of their range.
