Remember that we still have 3 quality strikers in Yakubu, Saha and Vaughan. But yeah, it would be nice to sign him permanently seeing how good he played against Bolton.... Hopefully City buy a couple more strikers later on and see no place for Jo and can lower the price for Moyes to pounce on

Jo did look good but I am afraid you are not going to keep him. Man City spent too much money on various players to let them go for good.
With so many strikers injured I am impressed that Everton is still playing as good as they are doing. I thought that their form would fall off a cliff after those injuries. |

I don't think Hughes is a big fan of Jo it would probably be better for him if he stays with Everton where he's wanted, instead of being the fourth choice striker at a club with more players coming in soon where he is unlikely to be playing much. It's nice to see him doing well after being labeled a flop when he's hardly had a chance.

in the space of being with Everton for a week he has managed to 1. score double the amount of goals he did at city 2. be surrounded by players and a manager who give him support 3. say that the atmosphere vibe is much better than at city 4. kissed the everton badge on his shirt only way he will be going back to city is if we can't afford the £11m buyout clause (yes it does exist, just wait and see...) in his loan deal. So we'll be missing even more players against Villa seeing as now Fellaini, Pienaar and Jo are out. Saha is a chance but I'm not sure if he'll be risked. Not too sure if Anichebe is 100% yet so we'll have to wait and see. It's going to be another massive task for us |
