2008/2009 | The Football League | Coca-Cola Championship

The Coca Cola Championship, known as the richest non-top flight league in the world.... and touted as having the 4th highest total attendance ahead of the likes of Italy's Serie A and France's Ligue 1.

It's a league that has been very closely run the past few seasons, with season 07-08 finishing very tightly. West Brom and Stoke managed to claim automatic promotion while Hull City beat Bristol City in the play off final to grab the final spot in The Premiership.

This season should be just as close, with many teams spending out on new quality players, making this league worth a watch.

Good strike force there, so how are you fancying your boys' chances at Home Park for the first game against Argyle... i think you'll take a 1-0 win away, Plymouth have to be one of the teams down for relegation, selling all their best players last season and buying no one to replace them... madness.
