Default Turkey Vs Czech Republic, Best ending to a game in ages?

Agree/Disagree?
I thought it was an amazing end to the game!
Havent seen gripping football like that for as long as I can remember!
Shame about Vulkan, Jan Koller provoked it!

Certainly the Istanbul game did notEND after the comeback was complete in the 60th minute? Don't remember too many goals at the end of the game in 2005.

And yes, it was one of the best final 15 of a game that I can remember in a while. Liverpool/Arsenal in April was decent, but that did not include a comeback of multiple goals, as what happened in the Turkey game.

There was only one channel broadcasting it and they switched to it after the portugal match but that was after all goals were scored

Watched the highlights though, great match imo ... the 99 champions league final still beats it --although that's like 10 years ago, but i still remember it just fine

i don't really think it was that great of a game or that great of a finish. Czech Republic lost the plot, and Turkey just attacked with nothing to lose basically.

It was dramatic you can say... but it wasn't really an individual brilliance that won Turkey the game, it was 2 blunders by one of the best keeper in the world!

Obviously Cech should of caught that regulation catch. And imo he went off his line way way way too early for the winner, which gave Nihat a pretty easy decision to just bend it around to the corner.

Prefer Fulham's comeback on Man City or Arsenal's over Bolton

MY favourite ending to a game was Arsenal 2-3 Leeds in our awful season, Viduka smashed home the winner late on. This was in April, when we were in dire form and a 5-0 loss should have happened.

But that Turkey's game was some finish

I wanted it to end in a draw... So it would get to penaltys...

What year was that played in? How did the goals go? Were there two late ones?

Yeah, I thought that the Arsenal/Liverpool game was nearly as good of an ending. It definitely exciting, but the fact that it was a two goal deficit in the Turkey game that made it more exciting to me.

I was gutted that I had to go out. Looking at the highlights, it would have been great to watch.
