United dominated the first 30 minutes, and could have been 3-0 up.
But to say we never had chances would be unfair. We hit the woodwork twice from good chances, so we could have been 3-1 up...... who's to say!?
It was a great match, end to end. I have no arguements over the winner. Like Giggs said... It was a lottery and United won! Penalties are a cruel way to decide the winner.
But in terms of the game. Chelsea matched United all the way. We didnt lose because we were not good enough to be European Champions, we lost because of a penalty!
Congratulations to United though...
We'll be in Rome next year hopefully!

If you want to live in fantasy land, United missed 3 chances, making dreamworld score 4-3 United, you still lose. I know it's your own fantasy, but at least base it on everything that happened, not just what you care to make important.

Hitting the woodwork is pretty unlucky and far closer than United got with their 'chances'.
Cech pulled off a fantastic double save, which proves why he's regarded as one of the worlds finest.
But if you bothered to read all my post you wouldnt be embaressing yourself by telling me im living in a 'fantasy'.
I clearly stated, thats football, I have no complaints.
