The young Frenchman was full of praise for his hat-trick hero, Ronaldo, stating that, "Cristiano is even better in real life than he is in the game."

Although Benzema and Xavi had a little fun today, there will be no friendship between the two come Sunday night, as Los Blancos and Barca square off in what is certain to be the biggest clash of the year.

Atletico just beat Espanyol 4-0 and Aguero played one hell of a match. Two goals and two assists, but that impressive statistic doesn't even do his performance full justice.

So glad Atletico played a good match, though it good have been more, Forlan missed a bit of a sitter, but no matter, I have always liked Atletico.

Watching the Xerez v Barcelona game on ESPN 2. Amazingly, after 33 minutes, it is still 0-0. I was expecting a much more open game than this, but I won't complain. I would love to see Barcelona lose

Though with Bernejo on the sidelines with a nasty head wound (a whole lot of blood) who knows...
