What type of reaction will Beckham get? Not just from Galaxy fans but from everyone?

I feel like slapping both Tyrone Marshall and Patrick Ianni, but we can't all get our way.

Just hope for his sake that the first game he plays is away and he scores a hat-trick.

Tyrone Marshall is way too mistake prone. Send him out and bring in a better CB.

What a shocker. United going with a 4-4-2 tonight.

Funny thing is, tonight should be the night when we would get away with a 3-5-2 on the road. Oh well. Hopefully it works out so I can be justified.

We need a win tonight. Would be great for our morale.

You usually go with a 3-5-2 at home?

We usually go with a 3-5-2 no matter where we play. And on the road, we usually get burned with it, because we aren't too good defensively, and we play the formation all wrong.

But Colorado is missing their striker tonight due to being at the Confederations Cup, so they will be less of a threat to score. So the 3-5-2 would have been alright in tonights case, where as it meant three goals scored in Seattle on Wednesday.

Maybe I will be proved wrong though. Although, our 4-4-2 includes 2 central midfielders who are holding/defensive midfielders, meaning we will be lacking some creativity in the middle, although Gomez is listed as a striker, but I assume he will be dropping back quite often.

Yeah, you had a really good chance to win it with Montero's shot that hit the post.

Superliga match

Chicago 1 - San Luis 0 (Group A)

Chicago controlled most of the possession and had several (I lost count after 8 ) legitimate strikes on goal that San Luis' keeper did a fantastic job of blocking.

Blanco set up McBride for the games only goal, in the 69th minute.
- - -
The other two Group A - Clubs are now going at in LA: Tigres UANL @ Chivas USA.
