The Fire will probably have their goals spread out. It's hard not to imagine McBride not being in double digits this year.

Hopefully Nyarko gets some this year as well.

Personally, I like the basketball rivalries. Bucks v Bulls, Illini v Badgers, DePaul v Marquette. I think they're pretty good... Then again, I love basketball.

In all honesty, I'd hope Rolfe isn't scoring a lot of goals. His strength remains in his creativity, I love him as a withdrawn forward / wing, setting up opporitunities for McBride and Nyarko this season.

There is no doubt Blanco is superior in his understanding of the game and it allows him to make up for what his body can no longer do. That being said, I'd love to see Rolfe play that role more regularly this year as the creative midfielder / withdrawn forward.

Rolfe, is undoubtedly, my favorite player for obvious reason but I'm with ya on him having a break out year. He's no where near reached his potential and he's shown flashes of brilliance.

In reference to the Golden Boot: It's Landon Donovan's to lose.

Whether or not, he's able to move to Europe, I think he's about to take the " next step " of his career. I'm looking forward to watching him both on the club & international level.

Kansas City - Toronto
Chivas USA - Colorado (FSC)

I'm interested in what will David Ferreira will do for Dallas. It'll be cool to see him play like he did a few years back.

he had a pretty noticeable impact the first week and game vs CAP from Brazil.
Laid off a sitter for Cooper making a run to the near post that was hammered a right above the keepers head (but was saved). In another play right outside the box, he was played the ball from the wing into some space and 2 defenders commited to him and he laid off the ball to DVB that went right outside the post.

I didn't pay enough attention but everyone said he was all over the field and defending which is what the Coach goes on and on about. So we'll see, I think its a toss up but I'm optimistic from the pre season games I've seen and we seem to do good against them, a lot of balls were crossing in from each side of the field. But Chicago are a really strong side and I haven't seen enough the our defense to be too sure.

Leaving in an hour! Game is on DirectKick, will be seated in the corner by the stage.

Looking forward to the game, because I always enjoy watching Kenny Cooper. With that said, Chicago will win.

Chicago 1 - Dallas 0

Also, looking forward to seeing McBride get a full year with the Fire.

Hey M1ZZOU, when you said that nationally televised games are not archived, does that include ones on FSC?

Just trying to plan out which games to watch.

Also, just got done with an interview with Clyde Simms. Hopefully I can get that transcribed and up within a short time.

You must have missed the disclaimer in tiny print under the link.

Oh well. I suppose we could find some naked ladies for you, but then we might be banned, and honestly, who wants that.

Should be a good season with a new team introduced (or was that last season?) Please excuse my poor lack of knowledge with this league, I'm here to learn although I originally came here for "teh boobage" but anyway am I right about the new team? Seattle Sounders yeah?

Incredible work if only the MLS used this kind of tactic to lure innocent people into watching the MLS

Naked ladies? Please. All I need is the MLS...

Can't believe I caught someone with it, I was literally dying of laughter

It's pretty much every season...

And yes, these are the kind of tactics we use to lure interest in the leauge, I kidnapped a whole bunch of 'eurosnobs' and have taped their eyelids open, I'm going to force them to watch the full slate of fixtures tonight.

And so will you... right? *shakes fists*

MLS should try this tactic. Just might work. Dena, you must use that picture whenever someone accidently gets here through the link.

And I was not implying that we needed the naked ladies. But as a way to someone qualify your link (while tricking them all the same).

You know what I saw this week? A bunch of people in Times Square dressed up as 'Red Bulls' promoting the season opener, I thought to myself, this will never work, there going to think we are selling drinks... and then the idea of trapping people with none other than sex, and the promise of 'teh boobage' came to mind, I'm calling DG right now to discuss this.

And don't worry, you'll be seeing a lot more of that picture through the season.

Yeah, that is a problem with NY. Confusing the two products. They should just hand out the drinks while promoting the team, so when people see the can, they associate the team with it.

And I wish there was a way to tell who has clicked on your link, so we could call them all out (if they don't man up like Geeza).
