Anyone can dribble with a elft foot...the important parts are crossing and shooting and whatnot..things that take a drive.

So youre saying that theyd rather Quaresma use the 'Trivela' to get a certain in/out swinger instead of just hitting it normal and swinging it the other way?

as for the Set-peices...yeah he uses the Trivela on them aswell, instead of his leftfoot...but don't get it twisted cus Quaresma has scored before with his left-foot, and uses it when dribbling very often.

Our only other player who'd be suitable for taking set-peices with a left-foot is Lisandro Lopez...and i'm not gonna comment on how his first set-peice went ....that's why we use Quaresma.
I said both were quality players, but just i'd rather have Ronaldo, plus I dislike him after his little tantrums against Diarra, Ronaldinho did the exact same when Boulahrouz had him in his pocket at SB last season too... i'd still have this Quasimodo fella at our club though, certainly better than some of the rubbish we have ATM anyway.

Yep...and the art of dribbling includes controlling the ball with your left foot. Like skills, Quaresma can do it, and why would he use his left-foot if his right is better? I mean why would Roberto Carlos shoot with his Right-foot?

OK...Boulahrouz pwned Ronaldinho...Diarra's match-up against Quaresma can't be used in the same context, because it was'nt completely like that. Ricky got by Diarra more than once, but Diarra was good...not dominating the other player.

Diarra was unbelievable against Quaresma. Hardly played, forced to move to right back from a midfield position an he basically kept one of the worlds best wingers quiet for most of the match.

I can't remember him doing alot apart from that little bit of magic where he hit the crossbar, against Cech an all.

No they wouldnt, but they have to eb able to when forced to. Id much rather see a decent weak footed effort than for a player to lose the ball trying to get it back on his favored foot first.

Quaresma is one of those players that would rather take a much less precise effort and an outside of the boot flick than just use a good strong weak footed hit to pass the ball.

What r u talkin about?

That wondergoal he scored against Levante last season was finished off with his weaker right foot.

But Ricardo Quaresma does pass with his left foot ...He does favour his right foot like most players do with their better foot. But he does pass with his left-foot.

I'm not saying he's the best versateille player with both feet, I watch this guy every week, he can work the ball with his left-foot, his not a one-footed player like you've said. He just prefers the right, plus he's been working on the Trivela for years, and why not use it? he's scored some brilliant goals with it, made cutting passes with it, and crosses with it every match.

That's why Quaresma can be play on the left or right, unlike other wingers like say Robben who can only play on the left to cross unless he's on the right and has to switch position to get on to his left.

Very rare you'll see Robben cross with his right, but he can certainly pass with it an he can definitely hit it with his right!

Yeah that's what i'm saying...Quaresma is'nt left-foot-lalalalalalaed, the guy does use his left-foot for passes, first touches, skills and what-not...but he's Right-footed, and has the skill unlike many other to bend it both ways, so why not?

AC Milan forward Kaka has been named FIFPro World Player of the Year for inspiring his side to a seventh European Cup win last May.
More than 45,000 professional footballers throughout the world, members of the players' union FIFPro, were invited to vote in the annual awards which are in their third year.
The 25-year-old Brazilian was instrumental in Milan's Champions League triumph, ending up top scorer with 10 goals including three in the semi-final win over Manchester United.
Kaka, the subject of an unsuccessful, large bid from Real Madrid in the close season, was also a driving force in helping Milan to finish fourth in Serie A last term despite an eight-point deduction for match-fixing.
However, he missed Brazil's Copa America victory in July because he opted out of the tournament to rest.
Barcelona forward Ronaldinho was named FIFPro World Player of the Year for the second time in succession last year.
