Aliadiere is a rubbish finisher! We don't want him!

His problem is he NEVER plays upfront regularly.

How's he supposed to still be as good as he ever was when that happens.

Yea because Carragher is better now than he use to be.

Past it doesn't mean lalalala.

Past it=past his peak performances.

Can you honestly say he's as good as he was in the 2005 season? What I said wasn't laughable, you think it's controversial but it wasn't really. It would be more laughable if you said he hasn't declined since then. It's not an insult to carra, players decline with age, it happens.

If he was 'past it' then how come he's ben our best defender every year? Take him out of defence and we'd conceed more goals than now. You do know how old he is, it's not like he's Hyypia's age.

Are you sure?

His pace causes us a few problems. We have one of the slower defences in the league.

When Carra played with evn Hyypia a few times, this season or last season we've still loked strong. When Carragher hasn;t played like Agger and Skrtel in the centre we've looked more sloppy because nobody leads the backline like Carragher.

Don't you understand there is a difference between past his peak and lalalala? Henry is past his best and he's still a class player.

How many times do I need to tell this? I don't think Carragher is lalalala, I think he's not as good as he use to be.

I don't think Agger and Skrtel have ever played centre back together...

You can't argue with it though, it's a phrase which has 1 meaning, not two.

"not as effective as previously" is it's definition.

The reason is when Hyypia and Carra played together they played a deeper line and only one of the fullbacks could go upfield at once.

When either Agger or Skrtel play there's a bit more pace allowing them to go up. We all know Agger is a great attacking central defender which causes us problems a bit aswell.

But Carragher does lead the line well. His leadership does that, his voice does that. He uses that to counter his pace or lack there of.

True they played against Spurs, slipped my mind. Can't think of many I should've said. In fact bar pre season friendlies I'd be very suprised if there were others.

I don't think Eto'o is better than Torres, I think they are pretty equal.

Just because I don't conform to general liverpool fans opinion doesn't mean I speak rubbilalalala means I actually have my own opinion.

I'm not saying you speak Rubbish because your not ageeing with us , the things you seem to say are just utter nonsense if am honest, well thats my opinion on it anyway.

See again, Eto is equal to Torres? seriously mate what are you on?

lalala even the mancs will agree that Torres is the Best Striker in world football, and imo there's only 2 that can come close to Torres and that's Drogba and Rooney.

You clearly don't watch la liga tbh. Villa and Eto'o are better than Rooney as a striker for a start, Drogba is debateable same as Torres.

If I was to stereotype I'd say your the general english skysports viewer, ignorant of other leagues.

I'll admit I don't watch as much La liga as the premierleague, but I do watch it.

No the fact that I am saying these is because Imo they do it in the hardest most Physical league, it's the toughest league in the world to play in, go and ask Deco that? the so called Barcalona magic man.

Another statement you made in another thread that I picked up on you said

' Zonal Marking is Bad ' again another stupid statement imo.

Before this year who won the Golden glove 3 seasons in a row? and which team let the least goals in over the past 3 seasons? err Pepe Reina and Liverpool?

What do Liverpool do? Zonal mark so it can be that bad can it

Utter rubbish mate am sorry.
