That's a good point. Carragher has proven himself for many years and is allowed to make a mistakew now and then. I don't think the fans hate Lucas as a player, they're just simply letting him know that mistakes should be a rare thing and make him keep working on his game because he is still young.

I don't think we can, his contract at West Ham is up too.. So is he avaliable for a small fee, like what we had to do with Mascherano, or is he going for the current price?.. That's what I don't understand about the whole saga..

Don't really know the price that Kia wants for him, if Tevez wants to stay in england then there is only a few options for him, either man city or chelsea will come in with a high bid for him or we can try and get Tevez to push Kia to accept a knocked down price from us, thats if he's interested in linking up with us.

Hopefully anyway.. Rafa has a good relationship with him doesn't he?.. He's said he might join one of their rivals, so there could be a chance of it happening..

Yeah sold him quite a few players at Valencia apparently.

Wouldn't mind us going for a 4-3-3 next season, something similar to what Barca have

I just read in the Mirror that we are signing Daniel Pranjic. He has sent his agent to Anfield to discuss terms. Quality player.

It also says that we are selling Alonso to Juventus for £15m in which £10m of that will be freed up for Barry.

Alonso NEEDS to stay. I don't think Rafa would be stupid enough to sell him.

Pranjic, Barry, Silva, Villa and Tevez would be an ideal summer transfer haul

To be honest, if all these rumours about Gareth Barry coming in are true, I can see something like this...

So Kuyt/Another striker and Gerrard will be like in RF/LF roles, not on the right wing or left wing... and as for the fullbacks, they'll be going up and down the pitch as wing backs to provide width. I'm not sure if we can pull it off, but it's just an idea.

That means that Riera/Babel are pretty much invalid.

Rafa will rotate if Pranjic, Barry and Silva come in. You cannot fit everyone in.

Well Riera will be but I'm not so sure about Babel. He can rotate in with Kuyt in that forward position. I want to see Riera in there, though.

Yeah, if those players come in, Rafa has to rotate them.

We need to thin the squad out then if we are going to bring in quite a few high profile players.

Just found out that Agger became a dad on Friday and that's why he didn't travel with the squad.
