Aye, you guys are an hour behind because we turned the clocks forward last night.

I'm still on holidays though You guys started a week before us, so I still have until the 13th. Public holiday tomorrow anyway.

Ouch man. Yeah that was a bad day for us.

But today will prove we can beat the richest team in the world.

Torres, Keane and Gerrard

I'm hoping I can get a stream from footy sports tv. The stream for the West Ham game is absolutely flawless.

Don't have Pay TV mate

I'd be rugged up on my lounge with my jersey on if I did.

Instead I'm rugged up on my computer chair with my jersey on

Could've been alot more if Orford got all of the kicks (although most of them were from the side)

Good to see beaver menzies get a try in his last game though.

Ok... Now i'm in footy mode. The jersey is on.

Wouldnt surprise me if we go unchanged after last weeks win at Everton, or even PSV. Aurelio/ Dossena seems the only debate along with Masch/Alonso

I think out of those 2 selections we should go with Dossena and Masch. My reasoning...

Dossena has shown great signs going down the left wing and linking up with Riera. With Aurelio, I think he likes to play his own game, and sometimes is reluctant to go surging down the left, when he does it's great but it takes him too long to get going.

As for Masch... Well he can make it hell for Robinho, Jo, etc.

MASCH REPLACES KEANE FOR CITY CLASH

I'm sorry but we're unbeaten so why does he change back to the 4-2-3-1 now? We should still win really but i dont get it tbh.

Hmm that is very strange...he was starting to get the idea of sticking with a winning XI.

But thank God!!:

The Liverpool XI in full is: Reina, Arbeloa, Carragher, Skrtel, Aurelio, Mascherano, Gerrard, Riera, Kuyt, Alonso, Torres. Subs: Cavalieri, Dossena, Agger, Keane, Benayoun, Babel, Lucas.

Rafa rules out Torres exit
Sunday 05 Oct 2008

Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez says he would not sanction the sale of star striker Fernando Torres at any price.

The 24-year-old Spain international has been an unqualified success since his arrival from Atletico Madrid in the summer of 2007, scoring 36 goals in 56 appearances for the Reds in all competitions.

However, the Euro 2008 star had recently been linked with a January move to Manchester City, but Benitez has made it clear that he will not allow Torres to move on.

He told the News of the World: "I do not want to put a price on him, because people will want to think I want to sell him and that is not the case, so I will not say any price.

"I'm sure all the players have a value but not Torres. He is priceless to us, he is unbuyable.

"I would not want to swap Fernando with anyone else in the world, because he is my player and I'm very pleased with him.

"There are good players in Europe and all the way around the world, but better than Torres? No."

I think it's just wrong that because City have the moeny, they can bid for whoever they want. A bit like Real on Agger/Ronaldo.

I hope Torres scores 6 past them today to show them exactly what they CANNOT and WILL NOT buy

Packed midfield, I think he's setting up to keep Robinho, Elano and SWP marked and quiet.

Mascherano will be perfect for this game, though I still would've stuck with a 4-4-2.
