Most of those Lampard goals are from within the area, apart from the freekicks and one or two distant drives. Gerrard's are mostly from long range, apart from the header.

The first freekick that was shown, the keeper could've done better, very close to getting a hand to it. The first Gerrard freekick shown, the keeper had no chance.

Gerrard's goals are alot better.

I love this age old debate.

They are both very good midfielders but Stevie G has EVERYTHING. Lampard doesn't defend very well, Lampard doesn't marshall the team when they are down. Lampard is not a talisman unlike Stevie.
