it's kinda funny, but when Man Utd play poorly and win it's "ah well, we played poorly and STILL won, that's how good we are" ....doesn't seem to apply to any other team though?

That was pretty awful to watch, but I'm glad you got through

Looks like the usual routine going on here, everyone licking each others ****, while ganging up on Utd.

It's a bit rich that the same people who slated Utd after drawing with Newcastle, can come on here and start getting angry when people say how lucky Liverpool were. It also makes me laugh how people are complaining about Utd fans coming onto the Liverpool thread, when i constantly see other fans in the Utd thread talking bull****

Yeah fair play you won while playing badly for the 3rd time in a row, which is a good sign for you. However you should have gone out tonight and if you continue playing like this, you won't be winning anything.

i'm the first to admit our performances haven't been great but we should be playing miles better and i just hope the performances do come.

Yes, I agree with you that we need to up our game. But you act like we Liverpool fans are the ONLY sets of fans to do it. Some of the posts in the Manc thread are just as bad, if not worse, than the ones on here.

Oh, and the bit I highlighted in your quote...check yourself sunshine. It's an ongoing thing isn't it. You blame us, we blame you. Deal with it. If you've got something constructive to say then say it. Otherwise, go do something else with your time instead of slating us for something that Manc fans do just as much.

We have neveer played brilliantly in the qualifying round but we always step it up against the big teams like we have shown in the past couple of years so dont judge

what terrible performance, cant believe standard didnt score, in atleast one of the legs

everyone played aweful, apart from maybe carragher, not seen liverpool play so badly for a while

Sometimes I think Benitez is too stubborn and stuck in his ways, does'nt learn from his mistakes fast enough or just plain does'nt want to.

20 mil for Keane and 10 mil for average Reira we should have just put in a 30 million pound bid for Quaresma.

i dont agree with reira as a waste though, liverpool have no wingers (bar babel) so a player like him will do worlds of good
tonight showed the importance of width, you were absolute lalalala all night, but a bit of wing wizardry unlocks the door for a goal, which you really really did not deserve at all
