Lol, they were slating Benitez again last night, wanted him out, one even suggested having Jose in place of him! Ha!
To be fair though, I did have a hard time trying to understand what they were saying, ever heard an angry scouser before?

the rotation policy isn't bad but he should atleast have a spine of the team
wat i mean is have carragher, gerrard and torres in the team the majority of the time then atleast we will have 3 quality players out on the field instead of people like leto who is still developing and isn't ready for games other than the reserves right now

Leto had a terrible game, and Yossi didnt get the ball enough. I dont believe in playing long balls to torres when you have crouch up front. The best thing we can possible have is starting Torres and Kuyt, they're a great duo. We're missing Alonso alot though.

I think he's out for our next match too but im not certain.
Also i dont believe Benitez should be sacked, i think as soon as he finds a good starting 11 he'll start with it more constantly. But i think he's puting a bit too much faith in the youngsters. Look what happened when Riise came on for Leto, the game changed. And can we sell crouch? PLEASE

benitez is the best coach we've had in a while, first season he wins us the champions league, i think thats a good achievement for someone who only just started at a time that year
and i agree that we should sell crouch if we could a good player to pick up if he isn't overpriced would be villa, then we would have 2 of the best strikers in the EPL and if u read wat i said earlier, i believe rafa should have a spine of the team, that spine being stevie g carragher and torres, then we have 3 world class players in the majority of the games, just like man u and chelsea always play atleast 3 players every game, chelsea-lampard terry and drogba manu-ronaldo, rooney, ferdinand and vidic

Villa would be a great buy, but do we have the money? thats the question. And Villa said he doesnt want to leave spain this season. At the moment I think possibly a player similar to Kuyt AND torres would be good. And even though that may be villa, will he come? who knows

well i think if we wait next season we will have the money and mabye rafa could send fellow national team mates torres and xabi alonso to convince him =D nah but still he would be a great buy, also we need someone to solve our left mid problems babel is good but he can't play every game and we also need another decent right mid our centre mids r fine but our wingers aren't.

perhaps :P
But im more concerned about our centre backs more than anything. I mean Benayoun, Leto, and Riise are capable of playing on the left midfield, and Benayoun, pennant and Lucas are capable on the right side. but who do we have as centre backs? Carragher, Hyypia and Agger. And Hyypia is getting on.

I love the club and always will and everyone has their right and reason for wanting this or that player
but please for the soul of the club give up on the likes of quaresma. if you want me to leave his persona out of this rant fine he dives, he cheats, and he embodies not one or two but every single celebrity athlete cliche. his workrate and attitude are truly among if not the absolute world's worst, why doesn't anyone acknowledge this? oh how can I forget this is a world where rap is the most popular genre of music his game is mostly all flash and no finish with one goal in an international that I must admit was insane. one goal however is all he has to stand on. why doesnt anyone tally the sheer amount, in minutes, he spends on the floor ****ing and moaning to the linesman or god or the ying yang twins because his excessive stepovers led to a 'foul' but I cannot leave his personality out of this. he'll never come here thank Christ.. but what baffles me is how out of the hearts of our supporters comes the most noble atmosphere in world football yet out of this same heart comes the desire to see this petty, selfish, bling-popping, lalalalala-talking, lazy, arrogant, smug, entitlement-riddled rap video cliche come strutting and preening into our hallowed grounds to the chorus of YNWA????? not taking any of you on, just saying what have we come to really. let him stay in Portugal. there's a long list of those with more talent and more product with an actual red living beating human heart in their chest chrissakes might as well rope in Materazzi as well and be done with it |

an that's fine, we've all used youtube at one time or another to scout. it's dead wrong but like I said we've all done it.. likely not all willing to admit
but @ crizzy no those things could never happen even if he were god forbid to find his way to Anfield. why because he has no heart. and I've seen him in nothing but full, live matches. never once have I ever youtubed him or seen a highlight reel. I seen enough know what I mean. he's had his trial with me, to the tune of several CL's and internationals. like I says, he lacks heart as in no heart. he's a punk but to be fair who doesn't love it when people right themselves and turn things around in their life. can only imagine the kind of warrior he can become if he'd just grow up some and take better things to heart, anyone is capable on him to earn that kind of trust. if he were to display it consistently it would be an amazing story. cause most of the time the Materazzis just keep on being Materazzis know what I mean Drogba did it, and I think Cristiano is doing better with his attitude and I am happy for both of them |

About the post on quaresma
everyone is entitled to an opinion, but dont you think if he came to a bigger, and a better league, and do a better club (imo) That he would grow out of it? look at Cristiano Ronaldo, he got to Man U, and in his first 1 or 2 seasons he was known as the biggest diver of the lot, maybe still is, but i think he's really started to get out of that now and is a much better players, like quaresma will or will not do. But like i said we should get a CB first

I agree Lewis, a CB and a dynamic left sided player are top priorities. I want N'Zogbia to top the left-sided list personally as far as a CB goes I'm open to anyone reliable and confident. don't think I'm flapping or anything c'mon Charlie Zogs is brilliant with masculine crosses and plenty of attacking fire. probably too late now to get him cheap, but he won't cost half as much as many with his ability
also yeah that's what I was sayin. Cristiano and Drogba both in my eyes have done some good things in their PR departments of late, well done to both. but quaresma is unlike both in that he had a shot at a big club and instead earned the ire of one of the most respected clubs and leagues in football as a petulant spoiled brat. he can turn things around but he needs to do it at A before he moves to B. his attitude must be proven before a big club should roll the dice on him and to tidspurs nah don't fear too much, spurs simply cannot keep going the way they are. what I mean is they are due for some sunshine very soon. I think they'll at least draw with us if not pull out 3 points we're struggling too and I believe the only thing separating us from you in the tables is a great deal of luck. we are not winning definitively and everyone sees this. LFC is extremely vulnerable to say the least |
