How does Pennant suck, he's just been injured and and because of the new system Rafa plays he doesnt get a look in.Thats not the point, Milner isnt fit to lace pennants boots

they are two different players, pennant uses tricks (but 9 times out of ten looses the ball) and pace to get around defenders, Milner has a great cross, but isnt as fast

Wish we never got rid of him He was my favourite. I know it was to help secure the Torres deal but still

Pennant will do, when he's in form he really is a good player, remember that cracker of a first goal against Chelsea?

Liverpool have today signed French hotshot David Ngog from Paris Saint Germain.
The 19-year-old becomes the fourth addition to Rafa Benitez's first-team squad after penning a four-year deal at Anfield

Ngog is one of the brightest young talents in French football.

His tally of just one goal from 18 league appearances last term was largely down to PSG's disappointing form – a contention backed up by his prolificacy on the international stage.

The lightning quick forward has scored goals at every youth level for France, including two absolute corkers against England Under-19s last season.

Ngog is the cousin of former Newcastle United defender Jean-Alain Boumsong.

REDS SIGN FRENCH STRIKER NGOG

EDIT: i like the signings of Degen and Dossena, but they arent exactly big names...

I'm happy with this signing. He's young and has lots of pace. There are a lot of world class strikers (Torres, Henry, Benzema, Trezeguet) that struggled in their first games as a teen to score goals (for the people upset with his numbers). Hopefully he works out and plays well. Welcome to LFC ngoggy

Anyone doing the official Liverpool fantasy football? I just bought a silver package so if anyone else is, we can set a friends and enemies league. If you set one up with at least 6 people before the 1st August, the winner at the end get's a trophy sent to them.

There's also a free fantasy football you can do with sky sports too.
